Dill dip is a great motivator when it comes to eating veggies in our house!
For some reason, dipping is just something kids seem to enjoy. Whether it’s French fries in ketchup or strawberries into chocolate, it just seems to make everything more fun!
Not only does it entice kids to eat more veggies, it works on adults too. A little carrot with your dip, anyone?
Veggies + Dill Dip = Perfect Match
As I mentioned the other day, it’s always great to have more snack options. While we typically do have veggies in the fridge, ready for the taking….they don’t always get chosen.
Enter this family favorite, and veggies suddenly become popular!
With only six ingredients, it is a simple recipe that comes together quickly.

Start by measuring out the mayonnaise into a mixing bowl.

Add the sour cream, and stir to combine.

Next, add all of the seasonings….dill weed, onion powder, garlic powder, and salt. Mix thoroughly.

Pretty easy, huh?

Now watch all of those veggies disappear like magic!

You could also use this on chips or crackers, but I don’t have a problem getting my kids excited about chips….so I usually reserve it strictly for veggie use!
Keep refrigerated in an air-tight container…if it lasts that long!
